Japanese for “alongside flowing water,” Narande Spa is the newest addition to the 25-acre Buttes Resort, a landmark retreat tucked mountainside above expansive views of Phoenix. The spa, opened in September 2005, offers five spacious treatment rooms including a couples room, a rainshower room for body treatments and an intimate salon and nail area. Spa visitors are invited to use the resort facilities including a fitness center, two free-form pools with a cascading waterfall and lunch from the Market Cafe or outdoor bar and grill.
