And despite its new elegant digs (opened in June 2006), Par Exsalonce serves up the same neighborly, feel-good vibe that it had for 18 years at its former location at 92nd Street and Shea. Copper chains act as room dividers in the salon and nail area, while in the secluded day spa, each of the seven therapy rooms radiate with deep tones and floral inspirations. Pedicure lovers will dig the separate pedi room where a cushioned bench and throw pillows elevate the experience.
